That means one consistent standard for sourcing, seasoning, and plating, no matter which venue you book or how the food gets to your guests.
Grown On Site
Much of the produce on our catering menus is grown at our own tower gardens in Newport — greens, herbs, and edible flowers picked days before your event. It's how we keep flavor up, food miles down, and every plate distinctly Coast.

Waterfront seafood dining
Plated dinners, rehearsal dinners, and full or partial buyouts on Newport's historic bayfront. Fresh Oregon seafood, an award-winning wine program, and views to match.
Neighborhood tavern
The Barge Inn Tavern doesn't currently offer catering. Come in for scratch-kitchen tavern fare and local beer — for private events across the group, reach out below.
Grab-and-go catering
Breakfast and lunch trays, boxed lunches, coffee service, and corporate drop-offs. Baked in-house every morning at our Newport and South Beach locations.
